The Enclave at Grandview

KBSO Consulting provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) engineering services for The Enclave at Grandview, a large-scale mixed-use development in Mishawaka, Indiana. The Enclave is a 66-unit luxury townhome community nestled within the larger Grandview Expansion, which combines resort-style living with pedestrian connectivity and includes 246 apartments, a 125-room hotel with an anchor restaurant and bar, event spaces, and meeting rooms. Adjacent to the hotel are offices, a mechanically ventilated multi-level parking structure, a large, elevated pool courtyard, additional restaurant space, and greenspaces for community events, biking, and walking. KBSO’s coordinated MEP designs prioritize safety and comfort, with our design scope including waterborne bacteria prevention, ADA-compliant plumbing fixtures in public areas, multiplex fire-alarm systems, natural gas service for selected amenities, and split-system air conditioning paired with auxiliary heating elements in residential and amenity areas. KBSO Consulting is delighted to have provided our cohesive MEP design services as The Enclave and Grandview Expansion become vibrant, pedestrian-friendly homes and northern Indiana travel destinations.
