Vanguard at 16 Tech

KBSO Consulting provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design services for the construction of a mixed-use development at the 16 Tech Innovation District, a 50-acre community dedicated to fostering world-changing innovation and economic opportunity. The development features two buildings with a vibrant mix of market-rate and affordable housing options that foster inclusivity and opportunity within the community. Offerings range from studios to 3-bedroom units, live-work units, retail space, and resident amenities. A beacon of sustainability within 16 Tech, the multistory parking structure provides EV charging opportunities for residents and visitors. KBSO Consulting is proud to have contributed our design services to the 16 Tech Innovation District as it develops into a vital community and economic resource for Central Indiana.
