Campus Housing Master Plan

DePauw University’s Campus Housing Master Plan (CHMP) evaluated student housing needs across campus to guide future development. KBSO Consulting conducted assessments and comparative energy analyses for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. A detailed life cycle cost study informed decisions for new residence halls and major renovations, ensuring energy efficiency, reliability, and long-term value.
