Renaissance Life & Health Insurance Company of America’s Indianapolis headquarters offers a modern, flexible workplace designed for collaboration and connection. KBSO Consulting provided designs for the seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology systems that support an adaptable layout and modular DIRTT wall system. Energy-efficient LED lighting and a water-cooled variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system reduce energy use while maintaining comfort across private offices and open work areas. Audiovisual, IT, and power systems were seamlessly integrated through 3D modeling and virtual clash detection, creating a clean, efficient environment that reflects Renaissance’s commitment to innovation and employee well-being.
