Commission Row

Commission Row is a three-level complex on Bicentennial Unity Plaza in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. Adjacent to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, home of the Indiana Fever and Indiana Pacers, Commission Row is designed for upscale dining and entertainment. KBSO provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology (MEPT) design to support Commission Row’s warm, energetic atmosphere. The lighting design complements richly colored wood floors and ceilings, limewashed walls, and brass accents in the luxurious main-level restaurant. Throughout the complex, careful low voltage planning facilitates audiovisual equipment installation for a range of settings, including Mel’s, a cozy basement bar, and Above, a 200-person event center flanked by outdoor terraces. Customized climate control systems maintain a comfortable temperature year-round as summer sun shines through Above’s full-length windows and winter weather falls on snow-melt equipped walkways. KBSO is delighted to have contributed our MEPT design to Commission Row, which is poised to be one of the most vibrant and spacious luxury dining and entertainment venues in the Midwest.
