The Railyard at Midtown

Located in the heart of Carmel’s Arts and Design District, The Railyard is a mixed-use development featuring apartments, lofts, retail spaces, a multi-level parking structure, and two elevated courtyards. KBSO Consulting provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for the figure-eight-shaped, five-story complex with 208 dwelling units. The enclosed parking structure includes heating, mechanical ventilation, and EV charging stations. Inspired by the developer’s vision for an urban, luxury experience, the design incorporates upgraded units, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and two distinct courtyards – one quiet courtyard and one pool courtyard. The ground level hosts retail tenants, including diverse dining options.
