Lilly Health Center

DePauw University’s Lilly Health Center underwent a two-phase renovation to create a modern, welcoming student clinic. Updates included renovated exam rooms, therapy spaces, laboratories, conference rooms, and a new reception area. KBSO Consulting provided designs for the seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology systems throughout the facility. A new central station air handling unit, complete with VAV boxes and all new distribution and controls, ensures efficient climate management. Upgraded lighting and enhanced security and access controls further support comfort, safety, and functionality. KBSO is proud to have contributed to this transformation, helping the university deliver high-quality health services for its students.
